Tony Hollingsworth, Executive Producer
Tony is a key world figure in the use of popular culture as a campaign tool for causes. He has produced nine of the world's largest Global Broadcast Events plus Documentaries, Films, Concerts, Festivals, CDs and DVDs. His productions have profiled important issues and raised over $21m for causes including Amnesty International, the Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament, Red Cross, the Anti-Apartheid Movement and children's charities in Southern Africa, India and Mexico. Tony has worked with more than 200 major artists from Dylan to Ravi Shankar, from Denzel Washington to Natalie Portman, from Wole Soyinka to Keith Haring, and almost all of the world's major broadcasters from the BBC to Gostelaradio, from CBS to Globo, from SABC to NHK. Tony's work has been supported by governments, major corporations and UN agencies and been attended by heads of state and royalty.

Akyaaba Addai-Sebo, Political and Cultural Relations
Addai-Sebo has been with Tribute for fifteen years and is responsible for its relationships with NGOs and charities. He is an independent Consultant on Preventive Diplomacy and Conflict Transformation. Formerly Special Envoy of International Alert. He helped to broker peace negotiations between the fighting groups in Liberia and Sierra Leone. Addai managed for a number of years the Notting Hill Carnival, the U.K.�s largest outdoor festival. Addai is the initiator of the UK�s annual Black History Month which promotes harmonious race relations,, tolerance and coexistence.

Neil McCartney, Business Affairs
Neil�s role within Tribute is to focus on business affairs, overseeing contracts with other organizations and with individual artists, and to arrange sponsorship and other forms of commercial finance Neil has more than 20 years of experience in the media and telecommunications sectors. He is a regular contributor in both areas to publications such as the Financial Times, Wall Street Journal, and Variety and is frequently called on to speak at conferences and to provide expert analysis for the BBC, CNN and other broadcasters.

He was the creator and founding editor of Telecom Markets, Mobile Communications and Screen Finance, the specialist Financial Times newsletters, which he ran for the FT for more than 12 years, along with a number of other titles. During this time he chaired the judging panel for the FT Global Telecoms Awards. He also founded the newsletter Wireless Internet. Neil also handles business development for the British Independent Film Awards and acts as a London representative for the Moscow International Film Festival and the Split Film Festival.

Xiao Wang (Vivian Davies), Chinese Corporate Relations
Vivian is a strategic marketing, communications, and public relations specialist. Over the past nine years she has directed projects with many of the world�s leading international brands in the communications and technology sectors, non-profit organisations and public agencies in Asia, Europe, and America from a base in China and latterly the UK. Her talents cover strategy planning, campaign management, market research, media and government relations, special promotions and events management, as well as corporate social responsibility, brand positioning and image enhancement.

Vivian works with Tribute on its Chinese corporate relations utilizing her experience and close ties with China�s foremost busines executives and political leaders, and her special talents for bridging business communications between West and East.

Born in Xi�an, graduating in Architecture in Beijing she then embarked on a successful career with the multi national companies in marketing communications. Vivian now resides in London and recently took time out to complete her MBA from Durham University. She is passionate about social and cause-related marketing and its links to international philanthropy.

Jungsuk Lee, Japanese Corporate Relations
Jungsuk is a Korean native born and raised in Japan with over 15 years of extensive experience as an interpreter as well as coordinating numerous international events. She started her career path as an educator and moved onto start her own company LINKS Inc., providing professional interpreters and translation services for a variety of clients.

Jungsuk works with Tribute on its Japanese corporate relations utilizing her experience and close ties with Japan�s leading business executives in the entertainment sector and her special talents for bridging business communications between West and East.

Her trilingual skills have been greatly utilized in the media industry, including CNN, TBS, NW, Fuji 1V, and TV Asahi. Other projects include international musical concerts, Broadway musicals, television programmes and commercials, as well as Hollywood movies.

Keith Swallow, Financial Management
Keith is an FCCA (Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and has been Financial Controller at Tribute for six years. Prior to 1971, he was Audit Manager at Chalmers Impey & Co. Chartered Accountants. From there until 1974 he was controller of finance at the Robert Stigwood Group of Companies, which was widely involved with major international music artists, film production, film music and theatre. From that solid base, Keith moved on to work with State Records, ATV Music and then Zomba Music from 1980-84. In January 1985 Keith was appointed Director of Finance and Administration at M&G Records Ltd./Magnet Records Ltd. where he stayed until September 1995 when he began advising a wide range of clients on a freelance basis.

Rob Hollingsworth, Producer - Music & Artist Relations
Rob Hollingsworth has been working with Tribute since 1991 and is responsible for recruiting Artists and coordinating the music-related elements of each Production. Many of the artists in Tribute�s rich shows have been recruited by Rob who also supervises Tribute�s thorough process of musical direction, repertoire selection, arrangements and rehearsals that produces performances that stand the test of time. Rob has an extensive network of contacts with Artists, Artist Management, Booking Agencies and Record Companies in the USA, Europe and beyond.

With over 15 years� Music Business experience in International Touring, Event Production and Artist Management, Rob�s career has included work for Glastonbury Festival, Primary Talent International and Columbia Records and he has been hired to coordinate tours by artists such as Peter Gabriel, The Raveonettes, Wheatus and Wyclef.

Alongside his work for Tribute, Rob runs a successful boutique Artist Management company, So Called Management, and digital record label, So Called Recordings.
